| Abstract | 采取超临界CO2萃取－精馏技术，考察了鱼油脂肪酸乙酯在超临界CO2流体中的溶解情况，探讨了DHA的分离提纯工艺。实验表明：采取逐步升压法，结合温度梯度法，能使鱼油脂肪酸乙酯按碳链长度依次分离。在最佳实验条件下，DHA提纯至80％以上。 |
