用硫酸盐还原菌去除废水中锑的实验研究

Abstract用硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)去除模拟废水中的Sb,对比不同pH值、温度及Sb初始浓度的去除效果和不同反应时间内各因子(Sb、SO42-、pH、Eh及OD)的动态变化。结果表明:反应的最佳pH范围为6.0~7.0,温度范围为30~35℃,去除率均可达到90%以上。随着SRB的繁殖,溶液的pH值升高,SO42-被还原为H2S,导致SO42-及Eh降低。Sb(Ⅴ)被还原为Sb(Ⅲ),Sb(Ⅲ)再与H2S反应生成Sb2S3沉淀,这一机制使得溶液中Sb被去除.
