Abstract硒是人和动物所必需的微量元素,在地表分布的不均一已导致了生态环境的健康效应,如湖北恩施和陕西紫阳的人群硒中毒等。渔塘坝是湖北恩施较为典型的高硒地区之一,广泛出露的富硒碳质岩在恩施州形成分布面积约两千多平方公里的高硒土壤。有关硒的环境地球化学已经进行了较为深入的研究,而高硒地区硒的微生物地球化学研究在国内尚未开展。由于硒的生物地球化学循环主要受着微生物的控制,因此,对高硒环境中与硒相关的微生物进行研究,不仅可以进一步了解高硒环境下微生物在硒微生物地球化学转化过程中的重要作用,完善硒的生物地球化学循环,而且能够为硒污染的生态系统生物修复提供了科学的依据和技术支撑。本研究以恩施渔塘坝地区发育的高硒碳质泥岩为研究对象,利用现代分子生态学方法,包括高硒泥岩样品中的总DNA提取、PCR扩增、16S rDNA文库的构建、16S rDNA限制性内切酶多态性(RFLP)分析、基于16S rDNA克隆子序列的...
Other AbstractThe selenium is a trace element which is essential for human and animal survival; its geographic distribution is extremely non-uniformity. There are four (- 2, 0, +4, +6) kind of valent state existence in the natural environment. The four corresponding existence form respectively as selenide, organic selenium (HSe-, Se2-, R-Se-R), element selenium (Se0), selenite (HSeO32-, SeO32-) and selenate (SeO42-), the latter two kinds is water-soluble, also poisonous when in high concentration. The two most famous selenium-rich areas in China should be Enshi of Hubei province and Ziyang of Shaanxi province.
