贵州难处理金矿次氯酸钠氧化浸出及浸出液中树脂提金的实验研究

摘要本文由三部分组成,首先论述了贵州某地难处理碳质金矿次氯酸钠氧化浸出的研究。该矿产在黑色沉积碎屑岩系中,金以微细粒包体赋存在黄铁矿等载金矿物中。其次,对次氯酸钠浸出液进行离子交换树脂吸附金的实验研究。最后对复杂多金属矿浸金贫液中回收铜及氰的可行性进行了初步论证。研究结果表明,贵州难处理碳质金矿运用次氯酸钠氧化浸取是可行的,一段浸出率达85%。金的浸出率受次氯酸钠浓度、液固比、pH、氯化钠浓度等因素的影响。用树脂从次氯酸钠介质中吸附金的结果表明,树脂的载金量和载金速率受介质有效氯浓度的影响,弱碱性树脂的提金效果优于强碱性树脂,有效氯在吸附中衰减可能是吸附中伴有轻度的氧化剥蚀。树脂及活性炭处理高铜浸金贫液的试验表明,固贫液的含铜浓度过高而无法实现工业化,仅适用于处理低铜浸金贫液。高铜需用硫酸锌转化沉淀分离出铜的沉淀后,再进行树脂吸附方可有效回收收铜和氰。

In the first part of the paper, It is investigated, that one bearing-carbon refractory gold deposit is leached with sodium hypochlorite from Guizhou province, occurring in black sedimental clastic, carbonaceous. rocks, In which gold exists as microgranual inclusion in bearing-gold minerals, such as: pyrite, clays, carbon. The dissolved-phase gold is sorbed by ion-exchange resin from leaching solution with sodium hypochlorite in the second part. Finally the feasibility is evaculated that Recovering high valency metal cyanides from the effluent of gold processing plants is treated with several commercial strongly basic ion-exchange resins and activated carbon. As turned out. It is feasible that bearing-carbon refractory gold deposits are leached with sodium hypochlorite. The leaching ratio of gold is influenced by the concentration of leaching reagents (NaClO, NaCl), solution-solid ratio and pH in pulp. Its leaching ratio is up to 85% at the first state. In the process of recovering the dissolved-phases gold in NaClO solution with resins, dissolved-phase gold of sorbing capacity and the sorbing velocity ware influenced by the concentration of effective. Bearing-carbon gold deposit sodium, hypochlorite: Resin sorb Because the concentration of Copper is too high, which exists as Cu(CN)_4~(3-), Cu(CN)_3~(2-), Cu(CN)_2~(-), etal., the process of recovering copper and cyanide from effluent of gold processing plants can't be applied in industry.
